Pastor Rod Kincaid serves as the
Lead Pastor of White Stone Church of
the Nazarene, beginning his ministry
there in December of 2025. Born and
raised in West Virginia, Rod has
faithfully served in pastoral ministry
for many years and was ordained
 as an elder in the Church of the
Nazarene in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of
Ministry degree from Nazarene
Bible College (2008) and a
Master of Ministry degree from
Mount Vernon Nazarene University (2010).

Rod and his wife Shelly, married since 1994,
 have built a life centered on faith,
family, and ministry.
Together they have three children:
Danielle (Brashears) (husband Buddy),
 Logan (wife Meghan), and Lucas (wife Tabitha).
They are also the proud grandparents of eight
grandchildren, who bring great joy to their family.

With a deep commitment to preaching
the Word, developing leaders, and
shepherding the church, Pastor Rod is passionate
 about helping people grow in their relationship
with Christ and strengthening the mission of
the local church.

Betsy has been with WSCON since 2000. She received her call to ministry in 2003, and was ordained in 2010. She serves as the worship pastor, does individual counseling, care ministry, and prayer ministry. She has been married to Rick since 1981. They have four beautiful children, plus their spouses, one grandchild and 2 on the way.

I joined WSCON in June 2006 and have served in different areas of ministry – praise team,
welcoming team, café services, and the Board of Directors.
Since 2014, I have served as the Care and Hospitality Pastor.
My calling and passion are taking care of people where they are - at church, at home, in the
hospital, or at the bedside. Whether through visits, phone calls, texts, cards, or emails, I want to
stay in touch with you!

Sam likes to say his calling is that of availability. Over the years, he has ministered to kids, teens, adults, and seniors in church and throughout the communities that he and his wife, Dawn, have lived.

Paul has a passion for the in-depth study of God's word and sharing that with others. He is also very committed to missions around the world through the ministry of Work and Witness teams, which travel to be the hands and feet of Jesus, especially through building and recovery projects.

Pastor (Dr.) Steve Parker entered full-time ministry in 2019 after retiring from public education.  He has a heart for serving, especially the marginalized.  He and his wife, Karen, live in White Stone and enjoy camping, and spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Ted is a lifelong member of The Church of the Nazarene, growing up in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He has been working in the church as a soundman since he was twelve years old. In recent years, Ted has taken on the Worship Media role, doing service slide production and assisting with the live stream production. On Sunday evenings he assists with the teen youth group. Ted’s goal is to reach as many people as possible with God’s message through media. Always Looking Forward.

Cathy Serves as WSCON’s Children’s Pastor.  Cathy and her husband William have been attending WSCON since 2004.  They have 3 grown children.  Sharing the Love of Jesus with kids around the world is a passion of Cathy’s as she serves our WSCON kids, Coordinates Community Events and heads up WSCON’s Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Ministry.  

Although new to our team here at WSCON, Mary is well known in our community as someone who cheerfully serves God. We are excited to include Mary, her husband Kyle, and their kids in our WSCON family.

Karen has been our office manager for over 20 years and knows how to keep a pack of pastors in line. She is the duct tape that keeps everything together around here. Seriously, we would be in trouble without her committed service. Her motto is "Serving those who serve."

A native of New England moved to the Northern Neck in 1986 with his wife Julie, where they raised their 3 sons. Graduated from ENC with degrees in Business Administration and Psychology, a master’s in Clinical Education from Suffolk University, and ordained as an elder in the Nazarene church.

This dynamic duo have a heart for providing food and clothing to those in need in our community. They keep busy with caring for family, friends, and strangers while growing closer to God through bible study and discipleship.
